Artist Biography

Helen S Tiernan of Aboriginal and Irish descent. She was born in Gippsland, Victoria, and educated in Sale, Melbourne and Geelong. She moved to Canberra in 1997 and commenced studies at the Canberra School of Art in 1998, graduating in 2001.
